Scope of Service Experience
Brokerage experience includes the sale of property types ranging from churches to marinas, with a concentration of transactions in land and value add land entitlement projects.
Development experience includes the development of an 8,000 square foot retail center with a QSR outparcel and the entitlement of the 49-acre Avonlea PUD in Stuart and subsequent development of 62 townhome lots on 6-acres of the Avonlea development.
Background & Experience
Nik entered his real estate career upon leaving college. Embedding himself in the Treasure Coast’s commercial real estate market through sales, leasing and appraisal, Nik has gained the ability to deliver keen insight that goes beyond just market data and brokerage services, to be able to identify unexpected avenues for growth, which provides his clients a competitive edge and a level of commitment that is second to none.
