NAI Southcoast Announces that Jennifer Trent, Partner and Director of Asset and Property Management has Achieved the Prestigious CPM® Designation from IREM

Stuart, FL January 23, 2023 – NAI Southcoast, announced today that Jennifer Trent Partner and Director of Asset and Property Management has achieved the prestigious CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), which is based in Chicago.

” Jennifer’s impressive track record, dedication to client service and always operating with the highest integrity has earned her the CPM® designation,” said NAI Southcoast’s, Nikolaus Schroth, Partner and Broker. “The designation is a testament to Jennifer’s commitment to her craft as a commercial real estate service provider.” Jennifer Trent joined NAI Southcoast in 2005 and in 2019 became a partner in the firm. Jennifer Trent holds a bachelor of arts degree from Transylvania University located in Lexington, Kentucky. Since joining NAI Southcoast, she has earned the CSM and CRRP designation through ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), holds a Broker’s license and LCAM license through the State of Florida. Mrs. Trent currently serves on the Property Management Board for NAI Global, is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), is a member of the NAI Global Women’s Alliance Council and has served on multiple community related boards including The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast and Young Life of Martin County.
