Frank Posillico has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in brokerage, property management, and real estate development. He has managed tenant relations, lease negotiations, and capital improvement projects for industrial properties. Frank is also skilled in real estate development, having overseen luxury residential projects and successfully marketed and sold completed properties.

He started his career in 2004 at AIRECO Real Estate, quickly becoming a top producer, and later co-founded Alliance Real Estate Corp. He has also managed industrial properties and previously owned businesses, gaining expertise in operations, finance, and customer service.
